I’d like to tell you a story. It’s about why I do what I do, and why I’d like to help you master any project and achieve BIG.
“Master any project” sounds so easy. But did you know that my colleague Bent Flyvbjerg, the world’s foremost expert on megaprojects ($1+ billion projects) has found that over 90% of projects fail?
What I found is that projects, big and small, from multi-billion-dollar pipelines to your home renovation, derail not for operational or financial reasons. They crash because of human factors.
