We offer the world’s most popular behavioral assessment-DISC Assessment. DISC offers a simple solution with profound results. The DISC assessment produces a variety of customizable individual and team reports-general development for behavioral self-awareness (Self), executive coaching & development (Leadership), behavioral profiling for sales training (Sales), enhancing customer service communication (Service), or behavioral insights of one’s self in consulting (Coaching).
The DISC Assessment provides a customized report with-

DISC is a simple, practical, easy to remember and universally applicable model. It focuses on individual patterns of external, observable behaviors and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness for each of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious. Using the DISC model, it is easy to identify and understand our own style, recognize and cognitively adapt to different styles, and develop a process to communicate more effectively with others.
Most popular applications: Leadership development, sales training, team building, communication skills training, customer service training, executive coaching, career development, stress and time management, self-awareness development.
2) Emotional Intelligence (EIQ-2) 360º Assessment & Coach Analysis
The EIQ-2 assessment is a measure of your understanding of how your behavior affects those around you. However, there is often a disconnect between how we think others perceive us and the reality of how our actions are perceived. This disconnect is where the EIQ-2 360° assessment fills in the gaps.
Even the best, most self-aware manager may have blind spots in emotional awareness. With the anonymous, honest, and candid feedback from our EIQ-2 360° providing the bigger picture, behaviors can be modified to support intentions, and your actions can be interpreted as they were intended.

4) The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (RHETI version 2.5) Test & Coach Analysis
The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (RHETI® version 2.5) is the world’s most popular Enneagram-based test. It is a scientifically validated, forced-choice personality test with 144 paired statements. The test takes about 40 minutes to complete.
The RHETI® version 2.5 has been independently scientifically validated. Rather than just indicating your basic type, however, the RHETI® produces a full personality profile across all nine types. This provides you with a unique portrait, indicating the relative strengths and weaknesses of the nine types within your overall personality.
The RHETI® results are available in a PDF format and include your scores for all nine types in a full-spectrum profile, as well as the Expanded Type Descriptions (of over 2,500 words each) for your top three scores. These type descriptions have been revised and updated to provide the most comprehensive type summaries available.

6) The Edgewalker Profile & Coach Analysis
Understanding Your Change Integration Qualities and Skills
Do you ever wish you could have a deeper understanding of your relationship to change in your life and your work? This personal and professional development instrument, created by Dr. Judi Neal (Founder & CEO of Edgewalkers International) and Dr. Linda Hoopes, helps you to assess your level of the five qualities of an Edgewalker, and the five skills of integrating leading edge change. Edgewalkers thrive on change and make excellent change leaders. Learn how can you build on your strengths in order to be more creative and to be on the cutting edge in all that you do.
The Five Edgewalker Qualities
There are five Edgewalker Qualities that are inherent in those people who are always on the leading edge. Most of us have the seeds of these “qualities” in us, but some people more naturally have been able to develop and integrate them.
1. Self Awareness
Awareness of your thoughts, values, and behavior, and a commitment to spend time in self-reflection with the goal of becoming a better person.
An intense focus on your purpose or the use of your gifts in a way that adds value to your life and the world.
A commitment to live in alignment with your core values, to align your words and your behavior, and to keep your word.
The gift of being able to see what others cannot – possibilities, trends, the future, and guidance from the spiritual world.
A joyful sense of fun and creativity, and an ability to keep everything in perspective.
The Five Edgewalker Skills
There are five Edgewalker skills which can be developed step-by-step through training, attention and practice. Anyone can develop these skills, although people with higher levels of Edgewalker Qualities will tend to develop them more easily.
1. Knowing the Future
The ability to understand and embrace the future.
The ability to try what hasn’t been tried before, trust your instincts, and to break new ground.
The ability to actualize a thought, idea, or vision by taking practical steps to bring it into being.
The ability to be very centered and to give all your attention to an action or project that has significance and importance.
The ability to value others, to see their uniqueness, and to draw out the best in them.
7) Archetypes of Change & Coach Analysis
There are five Archetypes of Change that people and organizations may take, depending on the situation. They affect the extent to which the organization can truly be on the leading edge.
These Archetypes of Change are based on two factors: (1) Relationship to time, and (2) Relationship to change.
Edgewalkers are people who walk between worlds and have the ability to build bridges between different worlds. They have a strong inner life and are very grounded and effective in the everyday external world. This orientation looks to the future and is focused on openness to possibilities.
Flamekeepers are those people who keep the original vision and values of the organization or community system alive. They keep wise council and are focused on what is best about the past and preserving the core values. This orientation is open to change while using experience to honor what has worked in the past.
Hearthtenders are the people who get the day-to-day work of the organization done and who are focused on serving others. They keep things running smoothly, maintaining a sense of family, community or team in their workplace. This orientation is focused on the present with a moderate openness to change, content to keep things as they are unless the change brings more efficient or less stressful work conditions.
Placeholders provide stability and predictability to the organization. They are the keepers of the boundaries and can keep an organization from going over the edge. They tend to resist change for the sake of change and are comfortable with routine.
Guardians are the people who look to the future and tend to see all the things that could potentially be a problem. They have a gift for analyzing and/or sensing what could go wrong before it happens. They are committed to protecting people and the organization from potential harm. This orientation is focused on the future but often is fearful of or resistant to that future.

8) Cultural Intelligence CQ & Coach Analysis
Cultural Intelligence, or CQ, measures your capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. It’s a form of intelligence that has been tested by academic researchers in over 98 countries for nearly two decades.
CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE, or CQ®, predicts effectiveness in culturally diverse situations, success in work performance and leadership effectiveness. Research demonstrates that people with high CQ make high quality decisions. They are also effective leaders, high performers, creative, skilled negotiators, trusted, and resistant to burnout – all in culturally diverse situations.
