What is the difference between a good company and a great one? My answer: Language. In this interactive TEDx Talk, I set out to prove—in 8 minutes—to the TEDxZurich audience that communication is the most important leadership tool of all.

And here is the secret: It’s not so much what you say as how you listen. That’s the source of power nobody mentions in the boardroom.

In fact it should not be called a TED Talk at all—it should be called a TED Listening 😉
