Reiki is not massage, so it can be used with touch or without. Whatever preference you have will not change its effectiveness. Most people experience relaxation, stress relief, and a feeling of balance following their session.?Many clients after their Reiki session feel more calm, relaxed, grounded and completely realigned and refreshed. /p
strong Reiki Energy Sessions /strong can be conducted over zoom. Try not to eat a heavy meal right before.
