Destroy or Restore
Destroy or Restore
Which do you choose from the two above? There is only one primary force, one single power and dominion over all things. There is one single divine and supernatural entity with three personalities that truly and passionately loves us, restores us, purifies us, leads us to stillness, calmness, and safety from potential eternal ruin and that’s God, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
There is also one single power, force, and personality that vehemently hates, destroys, pollutes, leads us to chaos, anxiety, and harm to potential eternal ruin and that’s Satan, the anti-christ, and the false prophet. He is prideful, spiteful, and focused on one thing, our eternal death without God.
God is in charge of everything, not most or many things. Every single thing that ever was, is, or will be is under the eternal sovereignty of God. This includes Satan. Satan is strong, but God is strongest. Satan is the deceiver, but God is not deceived. Satan is the accuser, but God is above reproach. Satan is the corrupter, but God is the creator. Satan can only do what He does with the authority of God. Satan is well aware of the limitations given by God and is working well within them and successfully, as we can clearly see.
However, we also know from God’s Word that in the end, God prevails, restores, and reinstates the new Jerusalem with us. We have never been closer to Satan’s eternal defeat and God’s eternal victory than we are today. Jesus is coming, and His Word has told us for over two thousand years that this is coming soon. It will be upon us in an instant.
So, what will you do with this time you have, right now, this moment, this hour, and this day He has so graciously allowed before His return? Are you choosing to destroy, or are you attempting to restore? Are you choosing hate, or are you attempting to love the unlovable? Are you choosing sin and the eternal death penalty without God that comes with it or are you attempting a life and love with Christ Jesus and the eternity with Him that comes with it.
Destruction of you, your life, and your sphere of influence in limited Satan, or restoration of you, your life, and your sphere of influence in limitless Christ Jesus, the King, the Lord, the God of all things is the choice He affords. Which do you choose? Either choice has eternal consequences.
