Our team said that for many years.

Until we joined LinkedIn.

In March 2020, days after opening our first account we had about 100 connections.

By February 2023, we had 30K connections.

How?

Follow three simple steps:

1️⃣ Listen
2️⃣ Learn
3️⃣ Lead

Listen to others who are smarter and better than we are. Learn and adapt their best practices and lessons, which will change over time as ours change. Lead by example, posting with consistency, patience, empathy, and inspire others to do likewise.

A few successful approaches, which we hope are meaningful to you and your team:

✅ Evolve your approach to new algorithms with resilience.
✅ Comment on others’ inspiring content more than we post.
✅ Post about what we love, and speak from the heart.

Joseph Polanin that is spot on. Before you become interesting be interested. Listen with empathy and learn. God has given us two ears and one mouth for a reason. Let’s use our faculties to listen more.

As the Dalai Lama so eloquently said-“When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. But if you listen, you may learn something new.” One of the best ways to maximize potential and become a better version of yourself is to listen more and learn.
