Do you feel seen, heard and respected?

Being a new year, I thought it would be a good time to reintroduce myself to you, what I stand for and what you can find here in my warm and welcoming community.

Along my own winding road, pitfalls, and brick walls that I hit in my 10-year corporate career as a graphic designer and creative director in high-tech, I’ve found myself as an artist.

Or so I thought…

What I really found was myself experiencing first-hand the bro culture, the bullying and double standards that took a heavy toll on my psyche, crushed my confidence, and led me to believe I was never enough.

Leaving me with toxic emotional residue in the form of corporate PTSD which only amplified my “well-hidden” (or so I thought) fears, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome.

While painful, uncomfortable, and terrifying at times, my high-tech journey helped me discover my authentic calling…

My passion and purpose in the world as a transformational coach and hypnotherapist, as a healer, author, and international speaker.

The last brick wall had me stumble my way into the world of coaching where I became a full-fledged, certified learning junkie on all things about human development, what makes us tick, how our brains work, and what gets in the way of us sharing our hearts and being our true selves.

It led me to discover the power of hypnotherapy to heal my own heart, and I swiftly saw the power of helping others to heal their hearts too.

I quickly realized how coaching and hypnotherapy supercharge each other to create long-lasting results in a short period of time, and so my unique healing process called Rapid Rewiring was born.

It is the work that lights me up and fills my cup each day, helping clients rapidly rewire their worn-out beliefs with new empowering thoughts, habits, and perspectives.

Enabling them to build new neural pathways in their mind, heart, and nervous system for greater peace of mind, calm, and confidence from the inside out.

My journey led me to my mission,

to help create greater acceptance, belonging and connection with Dignity.
