Handle Uncertainty- Maximus U

How to handle Uncertainty

These are Challenging Times

Hi, this is Sal Celly, hope you’re doing well. And staying safe and healthy. I wanted to spend a few minutes today talking about something really important and that is our mindset. No doubt, we are currently in the middle of some very challenging times, we have no control over the situation. And many times we may find ourselves just being thrown from left to right, in the midst of chaos, confusion and uncertainty. While that may be the case, we have to focus on what we can control and not to worry about the rest.

What Can You Control

What is it that we can control-we can control our mindset, we can control our thoughts, we can control our emotions. And most importantly, we can control how we react to the changes. We have a choice to make, we can either utilize this time, to the best of our ability by leveraging and improving our skills. We can try to stay positive by focusing on what we have to do. And by being grateful and thankful to God for what we have. There is so much to be thankful for if we are healthy, we have a job, we have gainful employment, and we have somebody we can call and reach out and talk to and thank them. Others are not as fortunate.

Mindset is Key

So folks, it’s a question of having the right mindset. The glass can be half empty, or it can be half full. That is our choice how we decide to view it. My suggestion and advice- please do not look at what has been taken away from you. Instead, look at what you have. Many times God is trying to package our pain for a purpose. We may not know exactly what that purpose is today, but we have to hang in there and do our best and keep the faith and believe in ourselves and do what we can to get across to the other side. There is another side.

Nothing lasts forever. This too shall pass. Please hang in there. Reach out. Don’t isolate yourself. Don’t self indulge in pity and sadness. That can be extremely destructive. Reach out, talk to other people. Listen to music, spend time reading God’s word, and most importantly, develop the right attitude, mindset and perspective. Hope you got some value in this message. And I look forward to meeting you and talking to you on the other side very soon. If you have any questions please email coach@maximizeu.life Thank you.
